Ron Harper Speaks Out on Spurs Eyeing Son Dylan in Draft!

NBA legend and five-time champion Ron Harper has finally addressed the swirling rumors that the San Antonio Spurs are targeting his son, Dylan Harper, in the upcoming NBA Draft and his response is turning heads.

Dylan Harper, a highly ranked college prospect and gifted guard, has been making waves for his standout performances and strong potential. With the Spurs reportedly eyeing him to complement rising star Victor Wembanyama, the buzz around Dylan has intensified. Now, Ron Harper has shared his thoughts and they’re anything but subtle.

“I know what it takes to make it in this league,” Harper said during a recent interview. “If the Spurs want Dylan, they’d better be ready. He’s a dog on the court. He doesn’t need a team the team needs him.”

Rather than offering a cautious or diplomatic take, Harper’s bold comments have added fuel to the speculation that Dylan could be a major asset for any franchise  and that the Harpers are expecting nothing less than a perfect fit.

“This is a business,” he continued. “If San Antonio picks him, they’re getting someone who’s going to make the other teams regret letting him slide.”

With draft night approaching fast, Dylan Harper’s name continues to rise up the boards. And now, with his father’s fiery remarks added to the narrative, the possible Spurs-Harper connection just got even more intriguing.

One thing’s certain  this story is far from over.
